I would like to address an important issue regarding your marketing teams wrong commitments and unfaithful business. It all started when I received a phone call from your marketing team regarding Just Dial Plan which I refused due to high fees and monthly charges. I did not want to get in an agreement where I have to pay a heavy amount on a regular basis.
After my refusal, there was another call from one of the representative from marketing team asking me to take a trial package for three months which I can continue only if I like the services.
The plan was for INR: 4500.00 + Taxes (For a three months period) and I signed this with the representative. After three weeks of signing the document I did not get the services activated. I also received a message stating that you people are deducting first installment of the service. When I called Ravi he told me that the services will be activated within a day or two and when I asked about the message, the response was unexpected. I was told that I have signed the contract for ECS (Which I already rejected on the first phone call) which I do not want. I paid for three months and I do not want any of the deductions after that and I made it very clear in the beginning. Not even a single sales call in three weeks time and no response from your marketing team, after multiple calls to the representative there was no result. I understand the pressure of meeting tight deadlines and targets but is it necessary to make false commitments and use unethical practices.
Please think twice before buying this service.
Make sure you do not sign the ECS form until you are sure that you actually want this service.
Your bank will not stop this service and Just Dial will keep on taking money out of your account.
You have to request Just Dial again and again and they might not listen to you.
