We have a Business and have registered with Just Dial as a Platinum, Diamond and Gold customer for various categories that they serve for a year. We have paid almost 1 Lakh for these categories registering for Platinum, Diamond etc respectively. These categories cannot be given / sold to any other client during this time period, as its blocked by us in the respective zones.
First few months I had good service, I got good leads and it really was a good service. After few months it started to slow down gradually and now its drastically down to 10% of what I used to get earlier.
I was suspecting there could be something wrong, so to verify I called to just dial customer care from a different mobile number enquiring about a Product / Service category in the same location that I have registered for Platinum. After a few seconds I got a message which does not list my business in there msgs that they send. I was very much surprised, as it was listing earlier. To cross check I called the customer care again from a different number and did the same, again the results were same action.
I was frustrated and called the client customer support and explained the same to the lady named "Banu", she was helpless and then I requested for a manager online, who is not available and then they finally placed me on hold for more than 30 mins and there is no response.
