Pathetic Customer Management- JUST HERBS- They are FRAUDSTERS!
I have been trying to reach Just Herbs since 24 Aug 22 multiple times, however there is no response on all the occasions on their cust. care no 8437048180.Also messaged numerous times which is not addressed they have some useless BOT, which keeps on trying to find AGENT for AGES! It’s been 5 days & it’s still looking for an AGENT to respond to me.
I got a few calls on Friday & they were all automated calls for third duplicate order, requiring me to pay for the 3rd time for the same, which is completely ABSURD.
asking me to press 1 to get the order delivered & 2 for canceling that’s it .No one bothers to talk or address the issue caused by JUST HERB & its team
ITS FRAUD they want extract money thrice & they don’t care to resolve issue or respond to customer!
