There are very few serials for children/ teens other than cartoons on Indian TV. This one offers good entertainment for teens and adults. It’s paced well and manages to keep the viewers entertained for 30 minutes. I cannot see many faults in this serial. This serial was one of the first to target the younger crowd and has made a mark. The main character is JAI , the boy around whose life the whole story revolves. It’s all about going through your teens, the funny, sad , trying moments and the emotions involved.The characters are fresh and stay that way throughout the serial’s length. Jai, Saloni, Piya and uncle are regulars. The same directors have started a new serial called dil se dosti - another serial for teens.
