I am writing this review to share my disappointment with Just Dial services. My experience with them has been nothing short of frustrating, unsatisfactory and loosing a handsome amount.
I have taken the Just dial annual package in which monthly EMI has to be paid through Electronic Clearance Services(ECS). First month Just Dial have given me a satisfactory business and from 2nd month onwards I was getting very less business. Then I have contacted to my business manager. My business manager has told me that another business manager have assigned for my business however the new business manager have never responded to my calls and my entire business have gone down and closed. I have approached Just dial customer care for for stopping the ECS since my company have closed due to no business was given by Just dial.
Despite of the closure of my business, Just Dial continues to deduct money and make constant calls for payment. It’s unprofessional and unacceptable to charge for services that were not delivered, and their actions have caused me financial strain.
I have tried reaching out to their customer support team, but they have failed to address my concerns. This lack of accountability and customer service is concerning, and it’s not something that I would expect from a reputable company.
Just dial’s torture is not ending here only. The company keep on calling for taking the business from them regardless of company is closed.
I have approached to just dial customer care for stopping this nuisance they have told that our system is designed in such a way that we will keep you calling every now and then and it is unstoppable.
If you’re considering using Just Dial services, I would advise you to think twice. Their failure to prioritize their customers and deliver satisfactory services can result in a loss of trust, credibility, mental peace and a handsome amount. It’s important to choose a service provider that values their customers and ensures that their needs are met.
In conclusion, my experience with Just Dial has been disappointing, and I hope that my review will help others make informed decisions about their services.
