I am with Justdial for 3 years now. I was very happy till this year. they offered me a platinum package and that’s how I realized their true motive. I was promised first position as a platinum member in the category, but once the cheque was encashed my service was listed 2nd or third! When I spoke to them they said my category was "biddable" and hence would be promoted on rotational basis!
I then went on to see my listing in details and found out info listed which was all wrong. I was told to edit that online, which I did and Bingo the next day old info was back in place! I asked for a refund since I was not getting the services I was promised, they turned evasive, told me they would adjust the balance next year!I was made to sign a contract in December which was a standard contract, then one as a supreme contract in February and then a platinum one in August but the service remained the same!
So they call you and keep fleecing you unless you are vigilant. I think the top management has recently changed and the service standards are going down. Avoid at all costs.
