I took Just dial paid services thinking that I’ll get some good home-visits of patients, instead got looted for Rs. 4000.The salesperson didn’t inform me that I’m signing ECS contract which says its auto renewal contract with Just dial. We are laymen in terms of legal issues and these people take undue benefit of it.
I highly recommend people not to get fooled by getting paid services because all they do it give fake calls to their verified customers asking for services but you end up with no contacts.
I asked for refund and a lady replies that you have signed for ECS contract which your bank has approved so no refund will be given.
Also they take Rs. 2250 rupees initially to start the services and later every month Rs. 749 is deducted from your account without your information but their salesperson never gives information for the later part. The customer thinks he is going to get services for Rs. 2250 for three months after which we can either continue or discontinue their services. Basically its a big trap and nothing else.
Don’t get their services please.
If at least on person gets benefited from my review I will be happy to save someone’s money.
