Worst service ever

It was already requested for ECS stop on July 15th 2014. I am still getting calls from justdial. My money is also deducted from my account even after my request for stopping the services.I have received a call today, after 39 days of my initial request. I believe, you must have called a day after of my request sent to you by email and  my request over justdial customer care number.


I have asked for my complaint number from caller, and she said it will be messaged to you once call is dis-connected. Now its 2  hours and I am still waiting for my complaint number.Why my request was not taken 39 days back, so I can process the rules as per just dial customer care executive told me today. Why I am not receiving complaint number.


Initially for 20 days of booking I was receiving a calls for massage parlour instead of PG. Why that happened, who will reimburse that money. I have to close down my business for such bullshit things.


I would like to talk to very senior manager as justdial did a very big mistake and put my add as wrong profile, for receiving massage parlour calls. I have lost almost Rs.80, 000/- as I have to close my business and who will pay that now.


Please arrange a call with higher authorities.
