DO NOT USE JUST DIAL EVER

I have made formal complaints to them countless number of times.


NO RESPONSE


From their customer service to Escalations to MAnasultangers everyone is absolutely useless to deal with.


I have raised complaint to consumer court as well on multiple occasions but never got my money back.


I will attach screenshot of the latest conversation that I had with their mAnasultangers. HE SHOULD BE FIRED FROM HIS JOB IMMEDIATELY.


IF YOU GOOGLE THEIR COMPANY’S NAME IN THE SEARCH RESULT YOU NEVER GET AN OPTION TO REVIEW AS THE KNOW WHAT THEY DO AND WHAT WILL HAPPEN AS A RESULT.


THE HAVE DISABLED REVIEWS FROM SOCIAL MEDIA AND SEARCH PURPOSELY.


ITS BEEN FOUR MONTHS NOW NO RESPONSE.

Hi,


BEFORE I PROCEED FURTHER AND WRITE WHAT ISSUES I HAVE PLEASE BE INFORMED THAT THE MEHTOD OF COMMUNICATION IS VIA EMAIL ONLY AS I AM OUTSIDE INDIA AND YOU GUYS CANNOT GET IN TOUCH ON INTERNATIONAL NUMBERS. PLEASE DO NOT CALL ON THE NUMBER THAT IS MENTIONED ON THE RECRODS THE ONLY WAY TO GET IN TOUCH IS VIA EMAIL ONLY RAHULDHAWANN@GMAIL.COM


I gave a cheque of Rs5900 to Mr Zaffar on 6th May after agreeing to a package of Rs18000 plus GST  of 18% and the remaining balance which was(18000+3240-5900)Rs15340/- to be paid in 9 Monthly instalments of Rs1705(appx) for my Car cleaning services ad. The name of the company is Cleanyourhomes and phone number that was used for registration was 9811825326. While closing the deal the guy informed me that it will be done by Tuesday afternoon as it is a local clearing and will not take more than a day, sadly that never happened and I was never informed or kept in loop as to what is happening with my AD that was supposed to be listed on Just dial. Then I got a message stating that Rs 2124 will be deducted in the form of ECS every month for advertisement(THIS WAS SOMETHING NEW WHICH WAS NEVER COMMUNICATED). I called Zafar and informed him about the issue he had absolutely no clue as to what was happening and Took his Team leader Saurabh in the conversation as well, both of them had no idea and the made the most stupid and obvious excuse and blamed the system and said don’t worry sir we will fix it(WHICH NEVER HAPPENED).


I called them countless number of times in order to get the issue fixed but they never helped they even gave the number of their Area MAnasultanger Mr Ashish Rastogi and he just said that there is an ongoing issue with some Ads and it should be fixed within 3 to 4 days before speaking with him Zaffar and Rohit told me that it will be fixed in a matter of few hours but after speaking with Mr Rastogi I had a different story to hear and forcefully believe. In the meantime the date was 15th May and as per my bank cheque had been cleared but the Ad was not running and all the people that I was able to get in touch with had no clue what was the reason behind the same. Anyways, after that I called the customer care on 88888 88888 THIS WAS A COMPLETE NEW STORY some guy named Mohhamed Umair from ECS department told me that your cheque has not been banked and there is no question of getting money so how can WE ACTIVATE YOUR AD. I was surprised and called Zaffar at that moment but he did not Faizabad the call even mohhamed tried callng him to take him on conference but he was unable to get through him as well.


Again days passed ad did not got activated I tried getting  hold of Zaffar, Sourabh, Ashish ended up getting nowhere and tried to got in touch in with Mohhamed Umair but had no luck. After that Zaffar came out of the blue, IREQUESTED HIM NOT TO ACTIVATE MY AD AS YOU HAVE NOT DONE ANYTHING AS YET I DO NOT WISH TO PROCEED WITH THE SAME, PLEASE GIVE ME MY REFUND I DO NOT WISH TO PROCEED.  He said ok you will get the refund please speak with MR Mukesh from accounts. I called him he said that talk to ECS department. I called again on 88888 88888 they said they will arrange a call back, which never came and I had to go overseas, I called numerous times to numerous people on the day of my flight but NOT EVEN ONE PERSON TOOK ANY INITIATIVE OR HELPED JUST LAME EXCUSES THAT I WILL GET A CALL BACK .


I left the country and called from overseas number on 88888 88888 again the STUPID AND DUMB CUSTOMER EXECUTIVES KEPT ON telling me that I will get a call back even after listening to the words that you cannot call me now as I am overseas they kept on repeating ”sirjee aap wairt karo apko call back aa jayega” THE MAnasultanGEMENT OF JUST DIAL MUST HIRE PEOPL E WITH COMMON SENSE. I called on multiple occasions from overseas and after a lot of struggle a person that this is Mumbai office you must call delhi office and gave the number+91120 4999 999 I called the same number asked for the ECS department and finally spoke to a lady by name of Leena David unluckily she was from Mumbai but SHE WAS THE MOST PATIENT AND HUMBLE OF ALL THE PERSONS THAT I HAVE SPOKEN TO. was on the phone with me for more than one hour explained me the whole situation and told me that she needs to check the stuff from her side as well and while speaking she found some notes in the system that I have been retained by just dial. How strange was that?


At that time I emailed her my boarding passes and a shopping receipt of singapore airport as well to make her believe THAT I AM NOT LIEING. I also told her the price difference that was quoted and what will be actually taken out from the account in the form of ECS .THERE WAS A HUGE DIFFERENCE IN QUOTE AND CHARGED PRICE AND SHE AGREED ON THE SAME.


I received an email from Leena as well stated that my ECS has been stopped w.e.f  22/05/2018.But after that as well I am getting messages ON 31/05/2018 from my Bank that you are trying to take the money from my account. THIS IS A CLEAR RIP OFF.


I have been in touch with Leena David as well on numerous occasions but had no luck, she has tried his level best  but no one from the Delhi office has ever responded to her . All they have done is closed the case by putting false notes.


I HAVE NOT BEEN CONTACTED ONCE BY THE WAY OF EMAIL AND THEY HAVE MENTIONED IN THE E MAIL THAT THEY HAVE CONTACTED ME.


I HAVE ALL THE EMAILS OF MY TICKET, BOARDING PASS AND SHOPPING AT SINGAPORE AIRPORT FOR REFERENCE.


ITS BEEN MORE THAN A MONTH NOW I AM CHASING FOR THE REFUND BUT NO ONE HAS RESPONDED ONCE.


I want my money refunded as the sales guy never gave an exact price, charged an exact price, started ad without my consent before the ad started I had told on numerous occasions that I do not wish to go with the package.
