I lost 50% (i.e. Rs. 5000/-) of the money that I had invested in JustDial paid service. It’s a fraud company. One must not trust this company.
JustDial says that they will generate leads to your business. But what they actually do is, when someone calls in Justdial’s call center, they send information of 5 businesses in the same category via sms to the callers cell phone.
Now if the buyer calls one out of five business listings, then the possibility that the buyer will call you is only 20% If the seller calls the buyer, the buyer thinks that the seller is badly in need of doing a trade.
Justdial is least bothered about what happens further and they consider this as one lead. They don’t care whether their clients really get any business or not. Once you make a payment to them they won’t care for you.
Free listing on this site is just useless because you won’t get any business from that listing. So it’s better to stay away from such a fraud company.
