WORST Service Ever!
I was not getting leads for my company from the existing package. and I have called the companys representative and he didnt resolve any problem instead of that he was asking for more money to start the existing package.
then his manager "Manvendra Pratap Rai" Employee code - 10020234 - Called and spoke very rudely and abused and said that if we were not taking the new package then why we have called his executive, they are not free, if they visit customer has to pay, etc. etc.
Who the hell was this person to talk to a customer like this?
is this the way to talk to a customer, we have not asked him to come for our personal chit chat it was a serious issue after a lot of discussions if we dont feel to pay more amount. How can he blame us to waste their time?
I want an apology letter. if not, I will take this to all over social media. also, I would upload the recording of the conversation between me and executive that I didnt force him to come, just dial always says that if we have any issues with the package then we can call the executives.
Please look into this before it gets much bigger.
