I have been a Just dial customer for the past 8 years. About 4-5 months ago we tried to cancel our accounts with JUST DIAL as we were not seeing much value. I thought it would be a smooth sailing affair as we have been with them for so long.
However, it has become a nightmarish ordeal for me and my colleagues. We have a ECS facility with them and we have sent multiple emails and spoken multiple times with their support staff to cancel our accounts. Last month we even got a email confirmation from their Customer Care Executive - Umme and Priyanka assuring us that the June 2017 deduction would be the last one. To my horror I receive one more email yesterday that the account will continue till August.
Another email after that claiming that we need to serve 3 months notice for cancelling of the ECS and that it will go on for another 3 months. I was extremely distraught reading these emails and have reached out to them on call( no one picks up) and on email to resolve this issue. Only to get Autoresponses from the,
