The negative feedback is not listed. Went to a Business listed in Just Dial based on the rating. Had a bad experience. Gave a poor rating to Business listed. Got a call and I explained them the reason on how I lost almost Rs 12000 because of bad service.They deleted it from the website after a week. The review call seemed more of a formality. Only my good ratings of other businesses are listed.
