I have been Just Dial user for last 3 years, but not anymore after recently I hired a Movers & Packers ’’First Choice Movers & Packers’’ in Navi Mumbai, which was listed as ’’Verified & Guaranteed’’.
The service provided by packers was pathetic, they broke my stuffs and also stolen few of them, and when I tried to write the review against ’’First Choice Movers & Packers’’, Navi Mumbai on Justdial.com website, they rejected my review.
I see only positive review are published for their listed merchant. So you pay big buck to just dial and they will list your business as ’’Verified and Guaranteed’’ without getting feedback from consumers. They are least boathered to know what kind of services are being provided.
Just Dial rejected my review without any justification. They publish only positive feedback about their Verified and Guaranteed listed Merchant. It is really misleading for people selecting the service based on ratings and review from justdial.com
Justdial is big cheater, I request you to educate your friends and relative not to trust this, they are misleading people by TV ads and other marketing tactics.
I request all the consumer out their to use other alternatives available on the internet check thoroughly about any service provider before hiring them, don’t just blidly trust justdial.com.
