I am extremely pained to write this review as a business customer of Justdial.
My experience with their customer team has been horrible. Even after my repeated calling and intimations to change my number in the paid business listing they have been unable to change my number.
Because of these people, I am getting calls on personal number during the midnight. I have been mentally harassed very badly and my personal space has gone to toss because they could not change my number in the listing. Its extremely scary sometimes to think if this continues I would have to change my longtime personal number which has been linked to many bank accounts just because of these idiots.
I repent opting to the justdial service and would not recommend anyone, if you wish to have a peace of mind in your life.
