I run a small veterinary clinic in Bengaluru and I subscribed to just dial for advertisement in the month of June 2019.
Since it was a start up, I did not have a large client base and business was running in very slow pace.
In the period of 5 months, though these people know there was insufficient funds in bank account, ECS was presented 29 times inflicting severe financial losses to me, though they have not gained anything from it. This is the true sadistic behavior and blatant misuse of ECS and trust kept on them.
Repeated phone calls and request to your customer care has not made any difference.
