I bought a Gold position for my business in 2015 with monthly fees of something around Rs.800/-
They started debiting monthly ECS payment from my bank account. I was assured that My Gold position will remain for lifetime at the same annual cost. No another competitor or client can buy that position even if they pays more than me.
In 2017 I observed that they increased my monthly ECS amount around Rs.150/- without my knowledge
I complained them on Phone No: 8888888888 but they told my that it was a new GST rate being charged.
They didn’t informed about such increased GST rate on email/phone/letter or never took my sign on another ECS mandate form from me. Without my knowledge or approval they started charging higher monthly ECS amount. This was a SCAM and breach of contract. I ignored it as it was a small amount and I had no time to fight with them for such Rs.100-150 as I had to focus more on my business.
In March-2018 I observed that there was no more GOLD status on my business profile on Justdial. They removed my Gold position without giving me any notice or intimation. I complained same to their customer care helpline. They told me that as per their New Policy they will pass more inquiries to the client who pays more. They removed my position wrongfully which I was given for lifetime. Their local executive and team leaders were also scammers who only wanted new business/customers but never picked calls after making payment. It’s very sad thing that a superstar like Amitabh Bacchan is a brand ambassador of such a fraudster company. They are running behind money. They don’t care about clients once we pay. They are breaking their terms/contracts/promises openly. If I go to consumer court to take legal actions then it will waste my more money and time in that pathetic process. My conclusion is that Justdial is a Scammer company now, they have no ethics. They are running behind money. They thinks that they have monopoly in India. Avoid them and try to find an alternative advertising platforms.
