For the last few months justdial in bangalore really sucks. I use to trust "justdial recommended" services/people of their sites and carried on with them thinking they are genuine and value for money.
But the latest indecent is very much disheartening.
I’d a problem with my microwave which was not working so called justdial for contacts. Within few mts a lady from MNP services called us and she convinced they are the best in Microwave repair and gave the complain no and said their ppl will come to repair it in 1 hr. It was Saturday but we decided to wait for them thinking they will come by any moment. And every time we called they will tell they will be there at our place in ½ hr. But they came very late in evening by 7:00 and apologized and the reason they gave "too many req. as it was saturday". But said delivery will be quick (next day) as they know what exactly the "problem" is.
So somewhat reluctantly I gave them the oven thinking I would get it next day. But they never even called the next day and I’ve to followup with their recepiont /technician1/technician1/technician3 almost everyone but no proper answer from anyone..Even they tricked me saying they sent it for delivery but they would deny saying “they got confused"....So after a long struggle and reminders and followup, it took them 3 whole days and finally returned the Oven saying its fixed. But just after delivery and within few hrs it was not working and I was seeing exactly the same problem.
Now I’m trying to follow up with them but they give only excuses and all lies from the service people. Once u pay them they are very very casual and take you for a ride. Pls stay away from MNP services and Justdail for any service, they are just more than headache.....Never ever go to these ppl.
MNP services bangalore is being put . as "JustDial Guaranteed" in justdial site, what guarantee they provide ? And whenever you call justDial for any contact in a specific area I think they try to push the services which pay them more ? if its not rue then how come for the “microwave service in banashankari” they provided me MNP services in Rajajinagar ?
PPL be careful when you call justdail next time.
