This is to inform you as today (i.e. 15th June 2012) was my last day with Just Dial Limited & consider this as Short Notice from the job (sorry about the designations which I’m still not confirmed as I don’t have anything in written or mail, since February 2012 I haven’t received any revert mail from any of the addressed person for the below mail except Mr Ganesh Naidu (appreciated)

@ Mr Mani, I’m leaving with dis satisfaction due to the poor management & HR policies, also not satisfied with the response received from HR Department, where I had requested for salary slip from September 2011 on 30th May 2012, & I received mail for the salary slip from March 2012 till May 2012, & when asked when should I get the rest she replied she don’t know? very poor consultancy from HR, sorry to say that.
Request you if the management allows kindly release my Salary for the month of June 2012 till date I had served, rest is up to your management.

Congratulations for new team,
Just need justification in regards to my post of CSM / DBM which was given to my subordinates without knowing any feedback or any discussion with me
- Shakeeb: My question about Mr Saurabh Baraiya - Data Entry Operator, who was given warning due to his low performance in front of HR & the reports were sent regularly & on that basis he gave intimation as he can not perform upto the mark as per our paramenters,
for leaving the job he gave me reason since he has ITI base he had found job related to IT nearby vadodara so he is leaving; and after completing his intimation he writes mail to Mr Mani that he was not happy with me,
He was called for the same & again offered the post & that too for DBE (which I got information from other people)
- Prabhat: My other question about Mr Shilpan Patel - CSE, who in November 2011 we had a talk in regards to the salary he was drawing & I discussed that Mr Shilpan is good in QA you told me tell him to wait for 1-2 months we will do the needful, which with your consent I told him, but since he was offered more in TME he got transfered in December,
& for the same I received a call from you about the package what he was offered in Telemarketing which you laughed for the same which you were to give him good package with QA, here it got closed hence no discussion was done for the same,
but I saw yesterday that he was honored with the same post which he denied due to other offerings
( with having such helping hands I had faced crime department with no fault on behalf of the management )
( Sorry to say - GOOD MANAGEMENT DECISION )
- Since being a Manager of 2 different departments I also faced difficulties to manage the same & since last 2yrs I had managed the same with what-so-ever tactics
I was shocked when I was not able to have any access to my PC not even my email ID ( Should I understand that I had made such big crime or have I did any wrong with you all people, instead you have got my positions back without any intimation or prior discussion which I don’t want to discuss )

Waiting for some fruitful justification, till then to intimate I will be on a leave
