I am a user of Justdial from last 3.5 Years and have made 3-5 contracts in this period. Every time when I signup process is very quick and easy as representative will be with you and you will be assisted very well. But once it come to end the contact or cancel the ECS, I found one unimaginable fact that you dont have single way to quit except notify the justdial team in witen exactly 3 months before the contact end with justdial and call at the exact date after 3 months for stopping the service if you skipped you have to wait for another 11 months, If you have ever requested justdial or got call from then and suggested any changes in your listing that will extent the signup period so you have to wait another 11 months for cancellation.
Hope you can understand the frustration when you need to beg justdial team for stopping the service and you get nothing out of it except one more false promise to renew the service for better service.
