Its been over 2 months I have been waiting for a resolution for a complaint formally registered with Just dial in Dec 2013(But the issue was reported informally in September 2013).Whenever I communicate with the customer service executive I receive a standard reply that "we are working on the same & we need some more time" and there is no definition of "SOME MORE" time.
My complaint pertains to an accidental pack that was started under my account name from August 2013 for which I was being charged in addition to the pack that I asked for.
We intimated the same to the executive that we were being charged twice(Mr Dhairya Pratap Singh who came to us for all the formalities) but he told us that this had happened because of ECS dishonor and also assured us that same will not happen from the next month, however the same kept happening till Dec 2013 and I had to register a complaint formally.
Thats when we got to know about the new pack that was started by mistake, that too the executives initially didnt know why this had happened.
On reporting the same ahead I heard all sort of excuses from the executives:
> Its Ok you can let go of the amount, you must have earned the same by now.(That doesnt give the right to the company to do whatever they feel like)
> The company has no policy of refunds(But they have a policy of deducting peoples money)
> We have given you service for this amount so we cant do much(We never asked for this service)
And lastly, WE ARE WORKING ON THE SAME AND YOU WILL HEAR FROM US SOON.
I have spoken to about 20 different people by now I have got no resolution till date and also wasted a lot of time as the executives misguided us.
We have never had any concern with Just dial as we have used the services in the past as well but this experience has left us all wondering about the downgraded service quality of Just dial.
We are also thinking whether to still continue with the service or no.
