My wife is running a Home Tutor bureau in the name of Academic Solutions since 2008 in Delhi and since last 4 years we are associated with Just Dial for providing us business.
In the initial stage they created a high end drama with us by promising something else and delivering something else. They completely change my wife’s last name and debited two payments in a single month.
When this was sorted out, where I had to write letters to the company and get this corrected and finally they provided me a solution but at the end they reduced my tenure by approx 58 days. I had to fight with them and finally signing another agreement they gave me the benefit and charged for one month only and the ECS began.
Since then for about a year and a half no trouble, then finally their policies suddenly changed and again lot of confusion boiled in and I had to sort the same. They management does not know what the marketing people promise the customers and when it comes to implementation everything changes.
Since last 2 years no trouble and now I called them to inform that I have to change my bank details, first some lady called and said that she has been handling my account since last 2 years and she is going to helm me out to get this done. She will be sending some executive to collect the cancelled check and today after two reminders calls some one from the ECS department called to inform me that if I change my bank I have to sign in a new agreement by giving 3 months of advance payment or change my pricing, this is ridiculous, I said that I would like to speak to the marketing team who was responsible handling my account. Later the day some executive called to visit me and confirmed that he would be coming but no one came to my place.
This is how they work. You won’t believe that in the last 4 years or so there have been 5 marketing executive changed who have been dealing my account and each time they have a different policies.
Just Dial is not good for any thing, they just need money and nothing else., least bothered about their customers
