Just Dial persuaded me to list my shop as a Platinum listing on their site for Bhubaneswar, Orissa and I had paid them Rs.11030/- as asked for a Platinum Listing that they specified as "non-biddable".
After that I receive confirmation that my Platinum/Diamond(the lower listing) has been activated. When I check their site I am listed as a Diamond Member and some other guy has been listed as Platinum member that was supposed to be us as per the contract.
Now the contact persons at Just Dial are not replying to my emails and have not even send the contract for the Platinum membership simply because they have sold it to some other business after having looted the required amount from us.
So just Dial is simply a fraud, a heist, just a whole corporate suited guys trained to lie and deceive.
ANY ATTEMPT TO PAY FOR A LISTING IN JUSTDIAL WOULD BE A WASTE OF YOUR MONEY AND TIME THAT CAN BE USED TO GROW YOUR BUSINESS OTHERWISE.
