We registered our 3 stores with JustDial around 3 years back, and we paying~6k every month, and off late I noticed that we were not receiving any leads from JustDial, and I raised it with their customer care. They sent me their executive, and he said, you need to upgrade your package/subscription, as JustDial has changed their plans, and with my current plan, I shouldn’t expect any leads. This was a big shocker for me, how a company change their package/plans just like that? while the customer is paying agreed charges every month? As I am not getting any leads from last six months, hence, I have paid them 36k without getting any kind of services from them!
and funniest part is, when I asked them to stop my ECS, they say, it takes 3 months to stop ECS! what a serious cheating it is! if a customer is not getting any services, still customer has to pay 3 months ECS. oops, and it’s hell to speak to these guys, when I showed interest to upgrade my plan, they were coming behind me, since I told them I want to stop ECS, I have to run behind them.
I am sure, this is not a issue only from me, there would be thousands of dealers like me, who are registered with them, and they are not getting any leads, because JustDial have changed their packages, and hence these dealers are paying to JustDial without getting any benefit.
WHAT A ORGANISED CHEAT JUST DIAL IS DOING. Dear dealers, please come out of JustDial as soon as possible, they are the organised cheaters!
