Justdial is a fraud company. Don’t believe in their promotional schemes. I own an organisation and bought their promotional scheme, because their Sales Person named Vishwas Nigam(works in Jaipur Just Dial branch) promised us that we will be receiving 1 lead per day, or 1 lead in two days which was surely a fake promise, which we soon realised after availing the package of 6 months. We availed the package on 1.8.2018, didn’t receive any quality leads till date. I received leads from other cities like Pune, Mumbai, Delhi, Pali, Chattisgarh but not from Jaipur, where my organisation is based. The Leads which I received from Jaipur, their phone was switched off constantly. The leads which answered the call, claimed that they didn’t enquire about the services. In brief one can say that 90% of the leads are fake. I raised many a times complaint against this matter and also mailed to Mr. Kuldeep Sharma along with the fake data, but sadly there was no response from Just Dial Team.(I was told by Vishwas that he is senior associate in Justdial, Jaipur). Meanwhile I kept calling Mr. Vishwas Nigar continuously, but he showed very less interest in my problem and finally said in Hindi Ma’am main kuch nahi kar sakta. Jo karna hai Karlo(Ma’am I can’t do anything. You may do whatever you want. I don’t care). After this I decided to call to Justdial Head Office, which is in Mumbai. I registered my complaint in Mumbai and received a call from a customer care executive for the first time in 4 months, since I have been complaining. But the customer care executive on the other side was totally dumb. She claimed that Justdial doesn’t provide any leads. LOL. She denied that I have not been receiving the quality data and compared my data with the other organisations, who’s Data was not accessible to me.
At the end I decided to make it public and aware the others about the bad quality of their services. Please don’t invest your time and money in Justdial. Its waste of Money. They are a team of frauds and thugs.
