I have been a regular user of JustDial services and was a happy user till recently.
JustDial has a fantastic database of services and service providers and is usually very efficient with providing information.
However, last time, I used the services of Sumukha Nursing Services through JustDial and had a horrible experience. I wanted to caution other customers about this and wrote a negative review on the JustDial site. I was told that the review would appear in 3 days after review. However, the review did not appear at all and I contacted the JustDial Customer service who assured me that action is being taken. I followed up several times but to n o avail.
The problem with JustDial is that it gets its revenues from the service providers and not from retail users. Hence it does not entertain negative reviews on service providers on the site which is tantamount to cheating the end customer.
I have seen the same experience from acquaintances and JustDial is doing nothing to clean its service providers database thereby providing a platform for cheats to ensnare customers.
