There’s no recognition for what you do. All they care is what’s the SALE! Even if you perform they will never applaud you but just in case you don’t, they will bring you into the limelight & managers will hurt your ego by bracketing you as a non-performer. KPI evaluation is not channelized & falls prey to micro management.
Worst management. Dont even consider ur own employees. Not even showing concern to ur own employees. In service department every single employee has problem in their ears because of the worst quality headset that have been provided. And the management doesn’t care about it. They want people to work work work. Nothing more than that. Ur senior management doesn’t even allow u meet the hr for any issues.
