I have been made fool by one of your employee named Hemant Mishra. He took a cheque of 449 rupees saying that this is for one week only and if you find the services good then you can continue and start the services of just dial. He never informed that there will be ecs charged every week from my account.
Now I found that i have been charged for rs 449 x5 times without my consent.
I contacted them and asked kindly stop the ecs immediately and refund my rs 449 x 4 that is rs 1796 immediately failing to which i have no choice but to make complaint to consumer court but they say that they cannot stop the ecs before 9 months.
Now I can’t stop the ecs from the bank too. They will be raping my bank account. I have seen many blogs in which just dial representative are doing same cheating all over India.
