We had a problem with our SAMSUNG refrigerator some times back, hence we called in at Just Dial for a SAMSUNG service agent. Just Dial gave us some numbers and asked us to connect to a preferred SAMSUNG agent. The agent heard us and send us an mechanic in 2 hours. Upon seeing the refrigerator the guy said 3-4 part need to be repaired and charges us 4000 rs for it.
After 1 week the problem again developed and hence we wanted to call the guy from agency, however we found out that the agency was fake, none of the number mentioned on the bill we correct, address too was a fake one.
Although we do understand that Just Dial Delhi has limited role in it, however what was bother some was that when we called them and told them about this incidence they refuse to acknowledge that they have given this number.
Hence I would suggest that all you fellow citizen not to rely blindly on Just Dial services.
