I paid Rs. 400 for consultation with psychiatrist. Instead of providing me any prescription the doctor just gave me his hospitals address & told me to come there physically. On query I was told I will have to pay Rs 20000 for treatment. I sent a message to the website they promised the doctor will call again but he didn’t. I also had online payment problems with website.
They have no email ID. One has to put the same info over & again. They also started transmitting my confidential info on mobile phone.
