If I would have got an option to give this website minus marking I would give them -10000000000000.the worst service, worst system, worst staff.
One individual place an order at 8:40 pm, with delivery time given as 9:15 pm. But no sight of food, and when she send them an email at 9:20 pm, and after making number of attempts to reach justeat team over phone, received a call at 9:45 pm from them saying the system didn’t generated the order so we are refunding your payment and cancelling your order.
And when she is trying to saying something, the representative hangs up the call without giving any resolution to the problem.
The question is why didn’t they checked it themselves, why they acted only after she send them an email.
