Just eat is an online portal offering food at door step from a wide variety of restaurants across India within a deliverable location.
I found the website useful for certain areas like gurgaon but not in delhi.
They have a good no of restaurants listed in the office locations but in shahdara near my home they only shows 2 to 3 restaurants and that too they are too costly.
Once I ordered a cake through them and it was delivered after two hours later than the deliverable time and I ordered it around 11.00 AM and it reached me around 9.00 PM.
Their customer service is very poor as when I contacted about delay they didn’t refunded my money to me as well and they say that they guarantee the timely delivery.
Their android app is a bogus app as they never shows restaurants anywhere when you search on it.
They have listed the offer of discount on food on app ordering but if there is app is not showing restaurants than how can one order the food on discount any enjoy it.
Recommend people to order from foodpanda.in or tastykhana as they are much better in their service.
