Hopeless experience with Just Eat.in online food ordering site. The first time I place order with Mumbaikars and they accept the order and later get call from Just eat that the restaurant is closed for Diwali celebrations.
The second experience was a hopeless experience; first the hotel (Tandoor rasoi) calls and confirms the order and after one hour they call up again and tell we don’t deliver to your address.
This was ridiculous. Then the person from the hotel said I need to pay extra for the delivery which I was ready to pay, but then he says the delivery boy doesn’t know the address and it would take time.
Then I personally had to go to pick the order; one and half hour was wasted in just waiting for food to arrive. This was the horrible experience I had with Just eat.in Will never ever recommend people to order from just eat; else remove such hotels who never attend to requests from Just Eat.
