We ordered food today on June 06; payment was by credit card, and we got confirmation of credit card charge; Transaction number came.
After 1.5 hours and no food, when we called the helpline, we were in for a surprise.. they said order has not been confirmed due to their server error !!.. No explanation was offered on how and why it happened, no offer was made to get it rectified; we have been asked to wait or check with bank..
For heaven sake, this is not a shirt order where a delay for few hours would not matter.. we had ordered dinner and now our family is waiting hungry, till alternates are made.. I don’t know why these sites are allowed to operate and allowed to advertise.. when I asked to be put through to manager, they flatly refused.. I think it is a case of cheating.
