Worst service

Before my pickup I Called the station manner to check car availability and he said it’s available and after I reached there he said car is not available and on that nobody cared to resolve the issue and I was left waiting at the pickup location for 1.5 hrs with nobody around as the station manner left from there. after that I called up customer care and they made me wait again 30 min and then said car is not available and they asked to me either cancel the booking or pick it up from a different location which was 25 kn away from my pick up location and also on the  opposite direction of my planned trip.


After I reached there the guy at khargar had the car with only 10 percent fuel and asked me to refuel it on my own again because of which I lost mire time.as per policy unliMited kms comes with 100% fuel ut was on 10%. on driving the car the car was not clean and also during rain the wipers were worn out due to which I had to face difficultly in visibility of road. Overall worst service and if possible would have given negative rating.
