I truly wanted to complaint about your branch (J W MIRAGE) present in N.N. Mall, Manglam Palace
Sector-3, Rohini, Delhi-85 because I am purely dis-satisfied with the work.Before the bad incident I faced in your restaurant when there was no one to give water even. I loved the food, the way of work of staff, the restaurant, and I often had meals there with my family on every special occasion before. But......on the very special day of my life I went there with my family for dinner with happy mind and heart....what I faced was a big disappointment.The work I expected wasn’t there, the quality of food I expected wasn’t there, over all the restaurant I expected was not that. I faced the several problems.. some of them I can list below but few can’t be listed or expressed..Bill no. 3067.. Dated 08/Oct/2011…
a) I gave the order at 9:50 pm for soup I got it at 10:20 pm
b) I called the Lady Captain of the running staff. I told her about the bad services of the restaurant and she said “We have very less staff so we are helpless” and beautifully added “SORRY”.
c) I was frustrated till that time but then also I gave the order for some meals which I got at 11:00 pm and asked them for the bill (Bill number :3067 ; Table number :86 ; Amount : Rs 810) Even after payment I and my family were totally dis-satisfied..
d) I truly decided not to enter JW MIRAGE next time.The place where there is no value for the customer.
So, finally I can’t express the bad feeling that was developed by the actions of your staff and truly the irresponsible captain.
