I had purchased Sail UVA Petrol in the Month of Jan 2014 from KHT, Rajajinagar, Bangalore showroom. For some reason, Global Warranty shows 2013 October. I had highlighted this issue in the Month of September 2014 through email. It was not rectified.
Again, when I went for extended warranty recently, I got to know that this issue was not fixed. multiple emails were sent but no solution. now, the extended warranty is 3 months less than the actual. More irritating issue is that when I take this car for service, they do the service per Oct 2013 sale. last month they did 30, 000 KM service at KHT, Peenya.
They changed the parts as per that. Even after me telling that my car should be done only 20000 KM service, they did not listen. Do KHT / GM really care about the customer?. How many days will it take to change a date?. I am very disappointed with GM and KHT.
