I had given my vehicle(Punto 90HP) to KHT Fiat service center on 05/05/2014 for major service(like timing chain kit, clutch kit replacement) and for the general service also, after a 3 days service my vehicle is delivered on 07/05/2014 with a bill of Rs. 30, 000, within 5 days of time engine got seized, I understood that there was some mistake happened during the service due to that oil pump was not supplying the oil which is lead to this the engine seize, KHT Motors asked me to pay for rectification, then I analyzed the problem and proved to them that mistake is theirs, I escalated this to Fiat, after lot of fight with KHT Motors and Fiat, they agreed to rectify my vehicle without billing on me, at that time they told that all major parts of engine will be replaced with new parts and Fiat is sending the new parts, But now KHT Motors / Fiat is assembling the engine with the reconditioned parts(not with the new parts), during the assembly of the engine I was staying at service center, they did lot of rework for the engine parts, and they are not ready to give any warranty not more than 6 months, now I am taking this to consumer court,
I am a Post Graduate in Mechanical Engineering and I am working in a Reputed Automobile Parts(Tier 1 Supplier) manufacturing company as a Manager - R & D hence I have good knowledge about automobiles
