I paid 29K towards accessories before delivery of my Tata Manza. I was handed over a hand written bill(sl no:602 dated 20th August) at KHT, Bangalore show room saying that printer is not working and final bill will be given during delivery. But unfortunately I received the car with partial accessories and was promised that rest will be fixed during first service.
1.I did inform well before first service for rest of the accessories. But not a single accessory of remaining was fixed during that time.
2.To surprise me more, I was told by sales person that anti rust coating is done before delivery but when I checked it was not there. Finally it was done on 23rd of October. More over the dealer refused to accept the 10% off coupon given by Tata Motors without any proper explanation.
3.Similarly your service engineer(Javed) called me during first service and said that they have replaced "head light switch panel" because of a complain. But I faced the same problem even after service. I was not able to take the vehicle in the night. KHT service people finally replaced the same day and also admitted that it was not replaced during the first service.
4.During first service I complained that the 3M sunfilm on all doors contains bubbles. But nothing was done during both my visits to the service centre. After asking several times for warranty card they gave me the card. But I was surprised to see only one year warranty contradicting the three year promise by the sales guy(Joseph).
5.Still I am waiting for actual bills and warranty cards even after two and half months of delivery of the vehicle.
Tatas are traditionally know for poor service. I can not imagine worse service than this.So its better to avoid this dealer.
