Karan changes style

Finally, somebody other than Ram Gopal Verma has made a thriller and that too a good one!!! The director, who once was an associate with Ramu, provides a taste of his style.

‘KAAL’ explores into the mysterious killings that take place in an Indian National Park. John Abraham, a National Geographic researcher comes along with his wife, Esha Deol to probe into this. Here, they meet a group of friends (Vivek Oberoi, Lara Dutta etc.) and all of them start venturing into the same. Rest of all which follows is a must watch.

Ajay Devgan once again shows his ability to fit into any role. I believe he is improving with every role. John Abraham has also delivered quite nicely. Both the females are there to provide some glamour in the movie. This song less two hour flick is quite gripping and sometimes the cinematography seems to be copied from ‘Final Destination’ and ‘The Ring’.

The background score is the highlight of the movie which creates the most of the thrill. The locations of Jim Corbett provide the perfect backdrop. The pace of the movie is quite fast and nowhere does it seem to sag.

All in all, a good film to watch for people who liked ‘Bhoot’ and other such flicks in the past.

One more thing, SMS forwards have maintained their credibility !!!!!
