One would ussually expect Kaal to be a melodrama and romantic movie after watching johars work on Kuchkuchhota hai K3G but then we remember the action and comedy packed movie by Red Chillies Mai Hoon naa. So it turns out to be a mixture of romance, suspence, action, adventure and a great amount of adrenelin rush.
I watched Kaal first day first show and although the multiplex had 2 different screens showing kaal one could only manage to watch it the first day by booking in advance.
The cast is brilliant, Shahrukh has done a very sleazy item number for the starting credits with malaika looking just as dashing and temting as usual. one must admit, an interesting plot, breathtaking locales, slick sound -- which startles you even if you were laughing a second ago. I find Viveks acting could have been better but I am not complaining.
I was staring right at the screen from the begining to the end as you would blink and miss something, The item nuber Kaal dhamaal by shahrukh is a faat one which brings up the exitement and helps you forget the real world, and then we get ever so much fun. The movie is about ’’O’’rbett park wher misterious deaths of tourists and researchers are being blamed on man eating tigers. and Jonh abrahim and his wife Eesha deol (researchers) want to save the killing of innocent tigers and start of to the park in search of the real culprit. Meanwhile Vivek nad his friends are off to a farm house but they are tempted into the park by a guide whu tells them they can hut tigers there. !!!
The Story keeps becoming weird and weird and one might tend to forget what was happening a moment ago cause what happens next is even more exiting.
The storytakes ever so many turns and twists and the final one being very very well scriptd and extremely well directed changes everyhing we are made to believe till the end.
The sound effects are something worth going to the theatre for but caution : heart patients pregnant ladies and small kids dont watch the movie and dont watch it in the cinema haal as the sudden sound effects will getanyones hearbeat to 1000k per second.
