My post was very simple, it was intended to get the attention of the people who try to know about the organization, by reading the reviews on this website. As an authorized source of Kaar, you agreed in your post, to the fact that you are deducting the salaries of employees because the situation in the middle east market is affecting the organizations financial credibility, forget about people like us waiting for appraisals and variable pays.
Variable pay of our last year is pending, when you join Kaar, please assume variable pay is never paid to you or your salary should be assumed without variable pay. I was only trying to protect the people by revealing the fact that the organization is going through a bad phase and people trying to join Kaar cannot take chances joining in such situation(It was very simple’Please don’t take chances’.
Regarding the identity, being part of the organization, no matter what, why would anyone reveal the identity on such posts. Think about it.
