Request for suggestion to join Kaar

2 of my friends are getting continuous call from Kaar to join them showing big picture in Saudi market. They are at present in their notice period. Since Saudi and Chennai is a new geography to them they would like to know about the company current status. Though we have heard about Kaar, recent reviews are making us rethink.

Can someone please help us with more information. My friends want to be in projects and not in bench.
