They hire 1-2 yrs of experienced candidates or trainees with few exceptions and train them by promising them career and good money. They operate in Chennai and Saudi Arabia.with not a single sales office in US and EUR, though they claim they have these offices, perhaps it is all virtual as fantasy in the executives mind. It is all untrue. They promise good money in Saudi, using the name of clients in Saudi Arabia.
They do have good clients few of them, managed through the contacts from a Local partner company. These things will be hidden from you until you board the plane to land in SAUDI. You’ll be surprised to hear it all one-by-one.
As a matter of fact, they have done few projects by riding the wave of a local company, but that does not mean they are an established local company in Saudi. In addition, they don’t keep up the promises in keeping employees happy. Once you’re caught in their work stream, you would end up settle down for less money, and self-respect. These are group of local company with no corporate ethics. They will speak any lies to lure you and your profile. Once you are there in Saudi, you are at their mercy.
If you are a professional "BEWARE" "BEWARE" "BEWARE" of this Organization. You will lose your career path if you are already in a good MNC. In the end you will neither make money, nor a career! If you are a new comer, gain experience from a good MNC. Do not stake your efforts in this Organization which is going to fail.
They are truly unprofessional, and unethical in every aspect of the business from client relationships to the internal employees. They are a very small company with one major Oil & Gas client, through which they are surviving. I don’t think every one gets into consulting as they promise in to the "XXXAMCO" company as they promise everyone.
They lure you by fake promises in terms of money and client names. Do not trust they. They are illegitimate, unprofessional and unethical in every wake of business relationships, partner management to the internal employee management. In summary; if you are 1-2 yrs experience guy, perhaps you can stake your small career and not for professionals who would be in a state of shock in the end.
