Hello everyone, kabab Mahal is located in kankarbagh and yesterday I went there with my friends for having lunch. I was highly disappointed by its services and quality of food. The manager of the restaurant was very rude towards us and that literally made us angry. We have waited for almost 50 minutes for our order and after this much of waiting, we got a very bad quality food. The food presentation was very ordinary and there was nothing special on their menu. The AC was not working well either in their restaurant. There was so much dust on the table and no one was there to clean that. I ordered butter chicken and tandoori roti and both of them were very poor in taste. The chicken was somehow not well cooked and there was a lot of salt and oil in that dish. Tandoori roti was too much hard to bite and it really pissed me off. When I complained about the quality of food to the manager, the manager instead of saying sorry began to argue with me and behaved very rudely. Every dish in their restaurant’s menu is very expensive. But after seeing the quality of their food, I would just say that they don’t deserve any money for their food. There was not a proper management of parking either. I had to park my cark on another side of the road as they don’t have their own parking lot. The restaurant’s waiter doesn’t know how to serve dishes and clean the table. I was so much hungry at that time and this restaurant disappointed me a lot and I would highly suggest everyone to not to go to this restaurant and spend their money rather at some other place. This was a horrific experience for me and ill never come back to this restaurant ever. A full butter chicken and 6 tandoori roti cost 600 in this restaurant and in return you are getting a very poor quality of food. At last, I would once again recommend everyone not to go to this place ever they would just waste your money and your time.
