Pathetic and bland food. I wonder how ppl have rated this place 4.3 on Zomato. I was plainly misguided by the reviews on Zomato. I wonder what ppl liked about the food here. My order placed on 12th of April from the Chinar Park outlet . My order comprised of Mezban-E-Murg biryani and Murg Tikki biryani along with Firni . It simply felt like boiled rice with no hint of spice or oil at all, never kinda felt like biryani at any point. My request to this restaurant is that they need to learn how to cook proper biryani first be it any variety. They hardly have limited items since their USP is biryani but unfortunately they suck at it. Just making the outward packaging attractive doesn’t earn you the credit of selling good quality and well cooked biryani that is palatable. Also there were no accompaniments like Raita or gravy. There are restaurants in your vicinity with lesser ratings who prepare much better biryani at more competitive price points than what you guys served us today. Pls get your basics right first before entering the food business. Extremely disappointed with the taste of the food. For the sole intention of making profits by selling inferior quality food just to get the maximum benefit out of the Covid 19 crisis, stop cheating customers. You have already created a dent for the brand name that you strive so hard to earn. If you have the slightest guilt and shame at least take cognizance of the recent customer reviews to get to understand the shoddy and third grade quality of your biryani that you guys have been serving of late. It is a matter of great shame. The biryani wasn’t sinful by any means rather it was a grave sin to order such worthless biryani.
