I have seen a review written already by someone else on KADAMBAMS, but to make things clear, I am writing about the Kadambams, Jayanagar.
Aptly located near NMKRV college and in the busy Jayanagar 4th Block area, this restaurant has been one of the most popular ones in Southern Bangalore. But, over the years, the quality has stooped down rock bottom and the prices have raisen sky high !!!
Be it Bonda, or Pakoda, or dosa or even Idli, it costs way too much. Imagine coughing up 7 bucks for a bonda (yeah right, just 1 bonda), which doesnt even smells like a bonda, forget about tasting like one (ok ok, I agree I am exaggerating a bit).
But the only thing which comes as a rescue for the restaurant is its COFFEE, which still inspires many to go there and sip amidst the busy locale!! It still has that "amma’s touch" to it and even Tea isn’t bad !!
Btw, its been 3 years since the other guy wrote a review on this, no wonder lots have changed, unfortunately for bad :|
