I had purchased KAFF Base MX 60 Chimney purely based on the brand,
Purchase date: 23.07.2015
Started using on 09.09.2015(After my home renovation)
But since 04.04.2016 the motor has stopped and the system is not starting. Have logged a complaint with KAFF Customer care on 08.04.2016, complaint number: AT0033, but after 1 month neither the service personnel have called or came to my home. KAFF has a 5 year waranty as per card but in the 1st Year of operation It has stopped and service personnel is also not responding. Worst service feedback.
