Just 3 words:worst customer service.Never ever but any product from Kaff.even if some one gifts u for free plz deny.since december my chimney is not working I’ve been complaining about it since December and its March now no one has turned up till now, moreover when u call them u will get to hear all irrelevant answers.
Wish I could give a rating which was less than POOR.
