I’ve had this product for a while now.we use the oven sparingly and it use to do the job. But one time while baking the inside glass on oven door just shattered. I’ve tried getting it replaced with the company but still no solution. It’ll be almost a year and half I’ve been waiting on these guys to get it replaced. Logged multiple service requests but been getting a run around. The agency that they use for service and installation in my area(Bhandup, Mumbai) is not good either.
Only the stove top works fine but the oven is useless. So, I am sitting with an expensive piece of junk in my house now. Kaff’s customer service sucks.
